7.1 Any entertainment concierge services including other types of services not mentioned but purchased through Pure Entertainment will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator, entertainment rental or charter company and the Supplier. Please note that Pure Entertainment is not an authorized travel agent, tour operator, entertainment, rental or charter company, or supplier, and only acts as an introductory agent, an entertainment consultant/concierge agent on behalf of these companies. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant company.
7.2 When you let Pure Entertainment take care of your entertainment concierge services, you hereby authorize us to provide your payment details (credit card number, debit card, bank account) on your behalf to the relevant travel agent, tour operator, entertainment, rental or charter company, or the supplier.
7.3 If there is any deposit to be paid, you hereby acknowledge that Pure Entertainment will provide your payment details (credit card number, debit card, bank account) to the relevant company.
7.4 Pure Entertainment charges a consulting non-refundable fee of US $100 up to US $500. The equivalent currency exchange rate will be applied for EURO, CAD and GBR. The service fee is 15% of the total serviced amount for non-members' clients. It reflects our cost, effort and time in organizing your travel arrangements.
