5.1 Pure Entertainment accepts different methods of payment: Bank Transfer, Cash and cheque only in Montreal, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) via secure on-line PayPal payment.
5.2 Full payment of the consulting fee and half payment for the service fee(s) are due when Pure Entertainment begins to locate your product or service; full payment is due when product or service is delivered to the client (when client receives contract or signs contract). The consulting fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.
5.3 Payments with credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge on the total amount.
5.4 Returned checks (NSF) are subject to a $30 service fee and any additional charged incurred by Pure Entertainment to collect.
5.5 Pure Entertainment charges two types of fees: a fixed consulting non-refundable fee and a variable service fee. The service fee is 15% of the total amount for non-members clients; members' clients have a different rate. Full payment of the consulting fee and half payment of the service fee are required BEFORE service is rendered unless otherwise specified by Pure Entertainment.
