13.1 You agree not to disclose its participation in this undertaking, the existence or terms and conditions of the Agreement, or the fact that discussions are being held with Pure Entertainment.
13.2 Pure Entertainment agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties or relevant companies unless specified by you. We agree to only disclose your personal and confidential information (name, age, occupation, city, payment and/or credit card details, etc.) when assisting in locating your product or service. Your information will never share or given to any third parties unless required by the law.
