Pure Entertainment CONDITIONS OF SERVICE (referred to collectively as "Terms and Conditions of service")

As a purchaser of entertainment concierge and hospitality services ("Client"), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, and when ordering anything from Pure Entertainment a consultant and supplier of products or services ("Supplier") you agree that these Terms and Conditions shall apply to your order.
1. THE AGREEMENT
1.1 In this agreement "us", "we" or "our" shall mean the bespoke event management, entertainment consultant/concierge ("Pure Entertainment") company whose logo and name appears on the agreement. Any reference to "you" or "your" shall mean the purchaser of service ("Client"), and a reference to "company", or "the relevant company" shall a third party supplier of product or services.
