The problem: Our customer was organizing a tour of North America for a group of 50 people from South Africa; their first stop in North America was Montreal. The tour company had never been to Montreal and didn’t have any ideas on where to start. We were hired as a kind of consultant to help them achieve the missing puzzles: book a nice restaurant for the group, arrange transportation to/from Airport, and negotiate luxury accommodation for the group.
The solution: So our client is a luxury tour company based in South Africa and they needed a little help to finalize their Montreal trip. We were very happy to be contacted and decided to work on the project. As an entertainment and luxury concierge company, we had established good contacts with many of the top restaurants and luxury hotels in Montreal, so it was an easy task for us. We selected three restaurants and three hotels and offered our options to our client. We worked with the hotel and the restaurant to facilitate all the correspondence and negotiate some discounts. We carefully arranged the entire requests to ensure a smooth visit in Montreal. Finally, when our guests arrived in Montreal, we requested two mini-buses for their transportation to the hotel. Two days after, our client was onto his next journey to New York City with a big smile; the Montreal tour was accomplished.
