The problem: We received an email from this French woman who is the assistant of a high profile individual based in Paris, France. The request was very simple, but not easy to be delivered; we had to book this celebrity for an appearance at his son 25th birthday party in Paris. In other words, we had to fly a celebrity to party at a private event. We had a generous budget to work with but very limited options; may be 40% of chance to make the dream comes true.
The solution: Okay, we were not very optimistic to tell you the truth, but we decided to give it a try. We had good contacts in the management of few celebrities we booked before, so we used that to get in touch with the actual person. We exposed the request, and explained all details we had on hand. We thought the person wouldn’t be interested but luckily for us, the request was accepted. Weeks after, we called our client back and announced the good news. You can bet the son was very happy to party like a rock star. The event was held in a famous nightclub in Paris with many paparazzi taking pictures for magazines!
