The problem: A corporate client from New York City contacted us in regards to one of their upcoming gala event; they were looking for our help in securing a luxury villa, house in the neighbourhood of Hollywood Hills, Beverly Hills, Brentwood or West Hollywood. The villa had to have a beautiful entrance but more importantly, big enough for an outdoor gala event.
The solution: We were very pleased to receive this call because we had just met several realtors of very expensive and luxury properties in those areas. They were perfect because the homes were mostly suitable for corporate and private events, photo shoots, film, commercials, etc…We began our search and selected the top 5 most beautiful homes within our budget. We pre-arranged a visit for our client who flew in from New York to tour the homes and finalize all the paperwork. It was a real pleasure for us; we save them time, a lot of time and they were able to put all other effort on the event. When asked how we did this, we answered: “we are well connected with people”.
