Pure Conciergerie will make every effort to service every potential customer; however we also reserve the right to refuse a customer or a request at our discretion. Don’t call us to pick your dry cleaning, or pick up your mail; that is simply not what we do. We are a luxury concierge and luxury is our motto. Don’t take it personal, it’s just plain business.
