How does Pure Conciergerie work?
Pure Conciergerie charges a consulting non-refundable fee and/or service fee(s) reflecting our cost, effort and time in organizing/locating your concierge service or bespoke experience. The consulting fee is to be paid in full when you contact us for a service (unless otherwise specified). The service fee is presented to you after we agree to deliver your service; meaning we will require half of the payment to be processed once we start working for you, and half the payment once we send you contracts to be signed or confirm services have been delivered (unless otherwise specified).
