6. LUXURY TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS
6.1 Any luxury travel arrangements services including other types of arrangements purchased through Pure Conciergerie will be subject to the terms and conditions of the travel or holiday operator, rental or charter company and the Supplier. Please note that Pure Conciergerie is not an authorized travel agent, tour operator, rental or charter company, and only acts as an introductory agent, a luxury concierge agent on behalf of these companies. All rights and remedies you have are against the relevant company.
6.2 When you let Pure Conciergerie take care of your luxury travel arrangements, you hereby authorize us to provide your payment details (credit card number, debit card, bank account) on your behalf to the relevant travel agent, tour operator, rental or charter company.
6.3 If there is any deposit to be paid, you hereby acknowledge that Pure Conciergerie will provide your payment details (credit card number, debit card, bank account) to the relevant company.
6.4 Pure Conciergerie charges a consulting non-refundable fee of US $100 up to US $500. The equivalent currency exchange rate will be applied for EURO, CAD and GBR. The service fee is 15% of the total serviced amount for non-members’ clients. It reflects our cost, effort and time in organizing your travel arrangements.
