5. PAYMENT AND FEES
5.5 Pure Conciergerie charges a NON-REFUNDABLE consulting fee of $100 and a NON-REFUNDABLE trip planning fee between $500 up to $2,000 per group or per traveler for our legwork and expertise. The amount of the trip planning depends on the nature of the request and varies according to the number of travelers, the complexity of the trip, and other factors such as the amount of notice we're given.
5.6 For certain services such as villas rentals, private jets and yacht charters and other hard to find/complex goods and services, Pure Conciergerie includes a percentage of the bill added to the client's total amount as service charge/fee ranging from 10% to 15%. For all other types of reservations, Pure Conciergerie charges a reservation fee ranging between $75 to $250 per reservation or destination.
5.7 In most cases, the client will usually pay one fee; however, it is important to note that if a client requires multiple services he/she may be invoiced for multiple fees or a overall fee depending on the request.
