3.5 When ordering a product or service or accessing a benefit, you may be required to provide your Payment and/or Credit Card details. If you request and authorise Pure Conciergerie to provide your details to a Third party or relevant company in order to pay them for products or services, you acknowledge and agree that Pure Conciergerie shall have no liability in respect of or be responsible in any way whatsoever in respect of the use of your Payment and/or Credit Card details, provided that Pure Conciergerie acts in accordance with the instructions issued by you in relation thereto.
