3. THE SERVICES
3.1 Pure Conciergerie is the luxury concierge branch of Pure Entertainment Group Inc. We offer services divided into three specific categories: Luxury travel arrangements, Personal concierge services, and Bespoke holiday planning in Montreal. We also offer bespoke experiences, once in a lifetime experiences to our clients.
3.2 Pure Conciergerie charges a consulting non-refundable fee and/or service fee(s) for every service it delivers to non-member clients. Members have a different policy.
3.3 Pure Conciergerie reserves the right to withdraw any of these Services and/or to refuse to supply the Services requested without further notice. We will not provide a breakdown of trip component costs.
3.4 Third parties or relevant companies are responsible for providing you with the services, products and benefits you select. Pure Conciergerie will communicate with them on your behalf unless it is more appropriate for you to contact the third party or relevant company directly.
