15. GOVERNING LAW
15.1 These Conditions of Service or Terms and Conditions with Pure Conciergerie are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Québec, by the laws in force in the Government of Canada, as well as any federal law applicable therein, and any disputes should be brought before the Québec court having jurisdiction in the District of Montréal. Should any provision of the Conditions of Service or Terms and Conditions be deemed invalid by a court having jurisdiction, such provision will be dissociated from the other provisions of the Terms and Conditions, and the latter will remain in effect.
