11. LIABILITY
11.8 Pure Conciergerie shall not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of these Conditions of Services, Terms and Conditions by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of Pure Conciergerie 's obligations in relation to the Services, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Pure Conciergerie 's reasonable control.
11.9 Except in respect of death and personal injury and subject to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, Pure Conciergerie's maximum liability to you for breach of any of its obligations hereunder shall be limited to the value of the service fee and the commission charged for the services to be provided.
