10. PRODUCTS PURCHASED
10.1 If the requested product or service is not available the relevant company may offer you substitute products of a similar description and standard, but you may refuse the substitute products and receive a full refund.
10.2 All product or service descriptions have been approved by the relevant company. Pure Conciergerie is not responsible for inaccurate or misleading product descriptions. Products may differ slightly from the images shown although every effort is made to ensure that all product descriptions are as accurate as possible.
10.3 Pure Conciergerie charges a consulting non-refundable fee of US $100 up to US $500. The equivalent currency exchange rate will be applied for EURO, CAD and GBR. The service fee is 15% of the total serviced amount for non-members’ clients. It reflects our cost, effort and time in organizing your travel arrangements
10.4 The purchase price of all products and services is due for payment on acceptance of your order by the relevant, third party company or, if applicable by Pure Conciergerie.
