The problem: This customer contacts us from Russia on behalf on his boss. She wanted to book a luxurious 5-bedroom villa in Cannes for 2 months with sea-views but very private, with butler, security guards, kid’s beds, and Russian channels. On top of that, the client requested to charter a private yacht (100ft or 30m) for two weeks, one week every month. We had a budget to work with, but the real challenge was to organize the yacht trip and find a beautiful villa available for 2 months in the peak period of July-August in Cannes.
The solution: We knew many owners and suppliers of luxury villas; we contacted quite a few and many of them had rented their villas in between the dates we had. At first it was a problem, so we kept searching, and few days after, we finally found that perfect 5-bedroom villa available for the 2 months in Cannes. The previous client hadn’t made a deposit on time; it was our luck. We quickly pre-booked the villa and showed it to our client who loved the house. We then moved onto locating two private yachts and organized the trip. We arranged a 7-day trip around Porquerolles Island, St Tropez, and Monaco for the first month, and we chose a 7-day tour around Portofino, Cinque Terre and Corsica for the next one. It was a fabulous vacation and our client called us back thanking us for our time and cooperation because she agreed, it wasn’t easy to locate everything she requested; but we did!
