The problem: A customer called us from Zurich, Switzerland, wanting to book a bespoke holiday trip in Africa with his wife. He had never been to Africa, didn’t know the places to go but had a pretty good idea of what he wanted to do: He wanted something very romantic yet out of the ordinary at the same time. The customer gave us a generous budget to organize his 7-days trip to Africa (transportation, accommodation, entertainment etc…)
The solution: We were happy to receive a great budget to build this unique African safari trip. We knew the customer had never been to Africa and wanted to experience the real African life but wanted something special. We first booked a private jet to a city in Africa; we pre-arranged their pick-up at the airport and their transportation to the game reserve, home to an array of wildlife species. We made sure their lodge was exceeding their romantic expectations with private Chef, champagne, flowers, candles. We pre-arranged many activities such as a diner on a lake, a visit to the reserve, a photo shoot and hot air ballooning ride. Our customer and his wife were very surprised because they had never experienced such an extraordinary setting in their lives; a magical, exhilarating and adventurous experience they will share with the many pictures they took. Our customer went back to Zurich with memorable memories.
